These are good quality tiny silicone domes. Be aware they do not work with the Audien Atom X line. The inner hole is too small to fit over the peg on the hearing aid.

Huge delay in shipping to start!!! One of them doesn’t fit, another one is torn. Think twice before u order from this company!!

I would like to see a XL or even a XXL. 12mm is not quite large enough to stop the squeal.
