It takes some careful aiming, and it is easy to spill while trying to fill it. A more precise pour spout would make this much easier to use. Another thing to keep in mind is that while this product helps a lot, it cannot completely fix an overcrowded dishwasher. If the dishwasher is packed too tightly, water and detergent still may not reach every dish properly, and some items can come out with leftover soap, grime, or without the full shine you expect. Proper loading is still important. Despite those minor issues, this is a great product that noticeably improves dishwasher results. I had my dishwasher replaced under warranty. With the new dishwasher it came with a sample of Finish Quantum Ultimate Tablets and Finish Jet Dry Rinse Agent 3N1. My sample of the rinse agent I noticed it had a 3N1. All the stores that I frequent I could not find the Finish Jet Dry Rinse Agent 3N1 until I discovered it on Amazon. Mind you it's a bit pricey for the size of the bottle but well worth it. The 3N1 has a cloudiness protection. I now use both the Finish Quantum Ultimate Tablets with the 3N1 Finish jet dry rinse agent and dishes come out great. I also clean my filter often.
