A La Maison Hypoallergenic Unscented Bar Soaps, 3.5 Oz - 4 Ea, 3.5 Oz

This is such a lovely soap. It's truly fragrance-free, with no masking fragrance I can detect. The bars are a bit small, but heavy. They remind me of the simple soaps my grandmother's friend would make. These may not be the best bars for your face if you have very dry facial skin. But for daily showers, they are wonderful. Not very moisturizing, but certainly not drying. The lather is a smooth foam that rinses easily and thoroughly. The price is reasonable. I planned to buy another brand of triple-milled soap that was 9 ounces for $15. But with the 4 pack of 3.5 ounce bars of this soap, you get 14 ounces for approximately $10. Not bad! As a plus, each bar is individually wrapped, making them perfect for gift baskets and care boxes. Bubble up, ya'll!

Thank goodness I took a chance and ordered this soap. I have been using Dial Pure and Natural soap for many years because I am extremely sensitive to fragrance yet I want that really clean feel you get from a soap that doesn't leave a film on your skin (like Dove). Unfortunately the Dial bar is used up very quickly and seems to have changed slightly over the years, not in a good way. This French-milled soap is very refreshing to use and lathers up beautifully, then rinses off leaving VERY clean feeling skin. But not drying at all. And it lasts and lasts!! I have ordered more, and am introducing it to other family members!

I've recently switched back to bar soap from liquid soap in my effort to reduce the amount of plastic bottles dumped in landfills. I wanted a good generic soap to use in the bathroom and shower. I bought this brand because of the ingredients and lack of smell. I suffer from allergies, and they are triggered by strong scents especially lavender. These soaps have a faint, mild scent. I find it very pleasant. The quality of the bar is exceptional. It is smooth and silky. The bars last a long time, so the four pack is a great bargain for the price. I would definitely recommend this brand of unscented bar soap for every day use.

I cannot do fragrances so I wanted to try this soap out. Though it's fragrance free, there was a faint but pleasant scent. I love the lather it produces. The only negative is that it leaves that tight feeling on the skin after it was rinsed off.

If you want a soap that isn't over powering in scent then this is for you! It rinses easily off as well.

I have used this soap for quite a while and find it excellent for my sensitive skin.

I'm not a fan of the liquid soap in these disposeable plastic squeeze bottles. I think we should not be producing and disposing of all this useless plastic. Around the house I decided to go back to the basic simple bar soap that doesn't dry out my hands or create massive plastic pollution. Please consider doing the same. Do you now that now humans have microscopic little pieces of plastic in our bodies. We don't need to have soap in plastic bottles folks. This stuff is great. 5/5

Excellent but expensive.

Soap lathers well and rinses out of washcloth easily. A bar lasts a good long time compared with other moisturizing soaps I have tried.No scent and does not cause skin issues which I have had with other soaps. Very pleased with this purchase and will buy again!

I bought this soap for my husband as he is allergic to any perfumed soaps. He likes it so I will probably re-order. I found this brand locally, at half price, but it was scented.

haven't tried it yet, but unscented is preferred, good size bar, expensive but quality is worth the cost. My other brand of choice is Caprina Unscented Goat Milk bar soap.
