Good value for money

I like it, use it a lot, but in 'jog' mode, it uses a lot of power. Sound is fine, earphone a bit basic. For the price, it's good enough.

I needed this urgently as I've been offered a last minute appointment for surgery and have a relaxation cd I need to take to hospital with me. I could tell this had been previously returned by the way it didn't quite fit in the box and the tape over it had clearly been used before. I didn't expect it to simply not work! Batteries fitted properly but it just didn't light up or show any signs of life. I've sent for another one just because I need one so badly but if I wasn't in such a hurry I'd leave well alone. I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Hard to complain considering it gets the job done. But overall it’s not the most reliable; it’s most definitely not ‘jog proof’ and is fairly sensitive to any vigorous movement (including walking), aswell it goes through a lot of batteries very quickly. So i’d recommend picking up rechargeable ones if you do opt for this CD player

Brilliant sound.

Although this item is not really sturdy I have bought several of them and have been pleased with them. I think they are good value.
