Poor build quality
Great little machine bought to take on holiday to keep the children entertained on a long flight and for me to do some basic work.Also been a life-saver in lockdown as the children can use it for school work.Downside - after just a few weeks of use, the keyboard was starting to lift. Now, after 10 weeks or so of light use (the children aren't typing long essays) the backspace key has become detached and won't clip back in.I don't hold much hope that the keyboard will last much longer, which is shocking really.

Neat and functional
I bought this as a gift for my fiance and I hope she loves it. I have been testing it for a while to ensure everything is ok before sending this to her and I have not found any issues. I am very happy with this purchase. Came very neat with descent battery life for a refurbished product. The installed software have run smoothly, touchscreen responsive and the pen has functioned well. I have this same laptop and I have not been disappointed by getting this for her.

No reviews as vet, due to holidays and domestic upheaval etc. Painters, carpet fitters, and so on. More later.

Very unreliable product
Product would not turn on within 2 months of purchase, seller fixed and returned. Again product will not turn on.Tried emailing seller privately and no response. Will next go through Amazon for a refund or fix but feel even if fixed product will break again and as warranty runs out after 12 months this has been expensive and unreliable

Damaged
I bought this laptop for my mum as a Christmas present, we gave it to her few weeks after I bought it.I soon as I opened it, I noticed that was a bit damaged and also it has some system problems and is not working anymore.I feel very disappointed
