Does as it says, didnt have the wow factor i would have liked. It was basically.

My 20-year-old son is all about relaxation and being in a comfortable environment. This allows him to further has experience with wonderful smells and beautiful light. He loves that he can change the colors. He also loves that he can listen to the sound of nature. It’s a very nice machine and pleasing to the eye. The instructions were simple.

Still works after a few years. Music only plays @ 2 mins. No bluetooth

For starters there are mixed reviews on this product because of malfunctions and customers having purchased one from a bad batch. I originally purchased this item for my bedroom because the oil burners wasn’t effective longer than 30 minutes. After receiving this product I’ve bought 3 since!!! It’s essential that you purchase the correct brand of oils because some are less potent than others. The soundscape is perfect for the therapeutic vibes I love when smelling fragrances like, lavender or lemon grass. This product was so great that we purchased one for the hospital room while my wife was in labor and it smelled like you walked into a massage parlor lol. If in the right size room this will literally have your room covered with good smells. This product has a 1-3hr timer , a light that changes colors, and volume adjustment buttons. Easily give this product a 5stars

Was looking for a nice diffuser to replace my previous one as it broke. First off, the design of this one is unlike any of the other diffusers I’ve seen out there, it’s super sleek and beautiful. The addition of the speakers is just so cool that I had to have it. I really appreciate the fact that it comes with its own water container so you don’t have to keep filling bottles to refill it each time. Overall it’s been working great and I already love it more than any of the other diffusers I’ve had, it’s a really great product!!

This claims to have a volume control- there’s either REALLY loud or loud. What’s worse is when you try to use the volume up/down it gives a very loud beep each time you press it. The mist BARELY comes out, not like a normal diffuser. I purchased this to put in my plant room with soothing, relaxing sounds but with the volume so high, there’s NOTHING relaxing or soothing. Waste of money. I also didn’t get all the oils it advertised. Missing peppermint, rosemary and lavender. Instead I got 2 extra lemongrass and an extra chamomile. There’s a massive stopper that I had to cut holes in so that I could dispense drops because if you remove the stopper it’s just an open bottle that you can’t really control how many drops. I’ll also add that the oils suck- virtually no smell. There’s no fill line on the inside even though the instructions say there is. It also says to use the included measuring cup to fill. Didn’t get one so it’s a guesstimate on how much. What a waste of money. .

The company contacted me based on my review and was very kind. They did not ask me to change my review, they just asked that I would give them another chance in the future. I will! In 2024 great customer service is so hard to come by so is very appreciated when it’s given. My initial review is below. This works ok but not like it should. You have to be right by the diffuser to smell the scent (the scent is not the problem). The diffuser is not powerful and does not work as well as it should. I wish I would have passed on this. It may be ok for an extremely small space behind a closed door. It doesn’t work for the space they said it should work for.

Genuinely worth every penny. Ive been having a hard time sleeping but since I got this diffuser to help and girl it's amazing. Constantly pumping out nice fragrances and the gently bubbling of the water inside is all I needed. Mix fragrances to make your own ideal scents. Music and white noises are nice the volume is amazing. 10/10. This product is amazing durable, easy to use, out performance on all expectations.

The diffuser part works well. Lasts a long time. The sound choices are nice , however, it is too loud even on the lowest volume. It's hard to fall asleep to because the sound is too loud to relax. Maybe the sound would ve the right volume if you put it om the other side of your house! There is also no timer for the sound/music portion so you have to manually shut it off which is inconvenient when your sleeping.
