Adequate but no more
Quite a big unit that delivers a modeat amount of hot water - enough for hand washing but not enough flow for anything more. Other issue is that instruction manual is incomprehensible - there should be a simple law that states that any electrical product sold in the UK must have instructions written to a suitable standard.

Great little heater
We have just installed a hand washing station it was near a main cold supply but the hot water was to far away and of low pressure so a mixer valve was not really an option this heater solved the problem the flow need to be regulated to get the correct temperature, But works well. You only heat the water when you need it.
