All seemed well, installed easy enough, seemed to be printing ok and all of a sudden no black. Checked the printers, did the head alignments checks and the cleaning routines over and over, but the printer got worse and worse until the point it broke the printer. I had only purchased the item 4 months previous and I had to return the printer to get my money back.Sure, you could say I have been unlucky, that most compatibles are ok, Epson said the cheap ink cartridges dont contain the proper head cleaning chemical the the Epson cartridges have.Very disappointing at the end of my printer calamaity, the printer told me to remove the ink cartridge, by then it was too late though, the black print head was damaged and a replacement printer was my only option.

Cartridges came well protected and worked first time when installed. The first time the cartridge was used the printer did give a warning about a non-Epson cartridge and it was straightfoward to cancel this on the front panel. After that things worked normally.

Found product to be as good a quality as the Epson ink cartridges I have been working with, and at 65% cheaper i will be buying more in the future.

Very good quality and lasted for ages with a lot of use. Often compatible cartridges are false economy but these were great

For a non Epson product, these are the best cartridges i have ever used. 1st class.

Worked perfectly in new Epson XP 355. no error codes which I've had previously with other copy cartridges. Just the usual 'do you want to continue using non genuine cartridge' message. Just clicked Yes and worked perfectly.Would recommend and will be using again.
