This version does require allowing the tablet to dissolve under the tongue for 5-10 minutes to be wholly effective. I take 2/day and have been for years. Once I ran out on a trip and felt the effects within a week.

they were easy to take but due to cost we switched to a different chewable tab mfg.

DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE ACNE PRONE SKIN
I bought this because I have MTHFR. A couple weeks after beginning to take this I started breaking out badly. Not normal hormonal break outs, it’s a deep cystic breakout. I thought it was maybe tied to stress but after research and speaking to my doctor I realized that its because of the very high doses of vitamin B in this supplement. A week after stopping my skin is just starting to clear up. I WISH I had realized sooner or it had been noted somewhere that b vitamins can do this to people who are susceptible to breakouts. Obviously, this is not a cheap supplement. Continuing to treat the horrible breakout until it subsides. I’ve reached out to the brand three times with this concern and not one person has responded to me.
