Cleansing action
The product works great. It's foaming consiency feeling soothing to the eye there is a slight tingling feeling when applied. However, due to Sjogren's it can be a little irritating because of dry eyes. I do recommend this eye lash cleanser.

better than eye wipes
I don't like using eye wipes--This is very gentle and gets the job done of cleaning my eye lashes without pulling the eyelids.

soothing cleanser
This cleansing foam has a soothing quality for sore tired eyelids. The scent is mild and very pleasant. It is non-irritating for the delicate eyelid area, but keep the lids closed while using as it does burn the eyeball. I found it didn't really eliminate severe blepharitis, but if you have a mild case this may be just what you need.

A good alternative to the eye wipes
I have been using the eyes wipes from Dr. Fisher because I have dry and sensitive eyes. My ophthalmologist reminded me that it is very important to completely remove any eye makeup to prevent further irritation and dryness. With the wipes I still noticed A residue but I believe that the eye foam performs better in that regard. I use it after I remove my makeup. It is very gentle on the eyes and I think in my case it reduces breakage of the lashes. I still love and use the wipes but enjoyed this foam formula for the days I need to be more thorough.

Surprised that it stings my eyes
I was not able to order the wipes that normally use from Dr. Fischer so I tried the foam. My biggest complaint is that it initially stings and isn’t as convenient as the wipes are. Otherwise it works just fine.
