I tried another translation device before, and this is far superior in every way. We are using for English and Chinese, and it works wonderfully. The device is extremely easy to use, hears your voice easily, translates very quickly, and responds quickly with an accurate translation. It is clear that the quality is very good. I am so impressed!

This translator is awesome!! It arrived on time, and the device was very nicely made. I bought it for my dental office because we have patients of non-English speakers. It can translate so many languages and so easy to use. The interface is pretty simple, straight and clear. It is extremely accurate and allows us to communicate with individuals across multiple languages, which proves to be better and more useful than mobile phone applications. My front desk loves it so much. It can even translate some languages like Chinese-English without Wi-Fi, I believe this is the best investment I had made on translator device, now we have no worry to see non English speaking patients. I will buy a couple of more device for the other offices.

This translator is really easy to operate. It will translate anything you talk. I bought this for my mother-in-law who does not speak English at all. She carries it when she is alone outside and is able to have simple conversation with other people . We don't need to worry that she will get lost now. She can even do grocery shopping. You can use this machine offline, so no WIFI needed when you are outside. Since it has 60 languages, I am considering using it when I travel to Japan and all other countries. It will be really helpful if you travel a lot.

This product works as advertised. I would say it is 99% accurate in its translation. I used it for a 2 hour training class with a person that speaks very little English and the class went very well. The devise gives you a written and verbal translation which is helpful. The translation is saved so you can go back and listen to it several times. It will only Translate Spoken words not a TV program in Spanish.

Amazing Product! It translates so many languages and extremely accurate. So, it is easy to be able to communicate with individuals across multiple languages. The device is user-friendly and battery life lasted us almost a whole day before needing to be recharged.

This translator is quite easy to use for non-tech savvy elders. My only-Chinese speaking mom picked up using this translator in less than 10 minutes and can have pretty decent conversation with me in English. We bought other kind of translators before but this one is faster and more accurate compared to the one we bought before. Highly recommended this.

We purchased many of the translators for an elementary school. They wouldn't connect because of something with our firewall. Our IT department is confident that it's something small and they could fix it if they could get in touch with Jarvisen. We cannot find a phone number but have emailed and left info in the chat at least 15 times, over the past two months, and have not heard back. If someone from Jarvisen could contact us we could fix this that would be great but as of now we're going to have to return them.
