Bloody brilliant!!!!!
Absolutely fantastic macrame book!It’s my favourite one that I own!The key reason for this is the use of real photos rather than illustrations, it just brings the instructions to life and is nicer to follow. There’s some lovely projects in there covering all different types of items so perfect for all abilities. I also love the intro to natural dyeing, and shows how to make your work more eco-friendly and unique too! This book is a must for all macrame lovers 🖤

An exciting book from a dedicated tutor. This is an excellent introduction to macame with projects for every level of ability. There is a comprehensive and very clear section detailing the knots used in the projects and the projects themselves are written in a way that is easy to follow with very clear photographs accompnying each project. An added bonus is a section on natural dyeing.

This book.... BRILLIANT!!!
This book was a godsend.. after buying 5 books previous.. this is well written Very well explained.. and Very Easy to Understand. Until I brought this I was thinking I have 2 left feet instead of hands.. I read it understood it and hey presto I was well on my way. This book is like having someone holding your hand to guide you through your learning process.

A Beautifully Presented Book
This is a beautifully presented book with photographs illustrating every step, with very clear instructions making each pattern easy to understand and follow. Love all the designs, particularly the lampshade and table runner and also included is a chapter on natural dyeing! There's something for everyone of every level. Love it! x

Clear, helpful guide
I loved the layout of the book, the section at the beginning had really clear pictures showing different knots - it's helped me finally master the clove hitch. I liked the range of projects and have just started on the door curtain. Sure Youtube tutorials can show you macrame, but the advantage of a book is you can keep referring back to a specific knot you're having trouble with. I haven't tried the natural dyes yet, but have planned to tackle some this summer.

Not sure about this one, I am new to macrame and wanted to learn, I'm good at crafts in general and I found it hard at times to understand the pictures, there is brief explanation of method, treads should be different colours so its easier to see, projects themselves are so so, 2 hanging macrames, some plant hangers and pillow. I went on YouTube and gpt better ideas and more help.
