Chef Master Refillable Butane Torch Lighter for Creme Brulee & Searing

First I tried the cheap knock-off versions that were half the price, Don't bother. This one seems heavy for its size (a good sign.) And is just so much better & safer to use it's no contest. The flame has a fine control to it, you can get it as small as you want or make it really huge! Seems great at managing heat as well, its not getting as hot during use you'd think, a sign of good design. For anyone wondering YES it seems to work on other notched butane cans designed for cooking. I'm using mine on some "gas one" cans that are working great.

Worked like a charm. Simple. Easy to use. Made of quality materials. Best value for the money. Used it for lighting up my charcoal grill. Just snap and twist and it’s ready to go.

I like this torch. The instructions say only their butane canisters go with it, but that's completely false. Any $3 8oz butane refill from your local store will fit it.

It’s very hard to tell, but apparently this is only for the torch, not the fuel. Which makes no sense that they say “burns for up to 3 hours” in the description! And the photo prominently displaying the canister doesn’t help either.

It's a great tool for the kitchen. It's easy to use, stores easily in a kitchen drawer, and connects to canned butane in a snap.
