Lowest sodium per ounce that Ive found. I Mostly appreciate the probiotic aspects. I use it in my morning protein shakes.

Was not able to try it at all tonight. Why? Inaccurate recipe called for 40 grams of wakame. I trusted this recipe and added 40 grams of wakame to my measured pot of boiling water, that I had already added the tofu into. 1 minute later the entire pot was full of seaweed and was still absorbing water. I just wasted a third of a container of wakame, over half a pound of tofu, and my time. The container also arrived completely unrefrigerated in Texas heat.
