It's so hard to find the right products to bake with in the US. I'm so happy to have found those and have been cooking up a storm. It is perfect for all my baking recipes and Alsa is always great quality.

I use Alsa vanilla for baking cookies, breads, pancakes and every recipe that requires baking powder. It is the replacement for baking powder just enhanced with a fresh vanilla flavor.

Great product. A bit on pricey side. Maybe it would be cheaper if they sold a larger container of it. But it’s excellent on homemade yogurt!!

This ALSA vanillated sugar add-on uses real vanilla, unlike the other, the Dr. Oetker sugar vanilla The Alsa is also more flavorful when added to pastry dough and to fillings.
