Really impressed.... - not usually a China-made guitar enthusiast. But this Guild!
RIGHT out of the box, after tuning of course, the guitar plays beautifully, sounds bright like I was expecting. I'd only wish for more low end projection also, but I'm really impressed. I'm thinking Guild gave the Chinese exactly how they'd build it if it were in the states. It looks and sounds great. No regrets. Price was very reasonable, just ahead of Black Friday.

Really Nice For The Money
Great quality control. Really nice sound projection. This is a lot of guitar for the money.

Great guitar
Guitar arrived not set up and difficult to play even though it had a beautiful haunting sound. A quick trip to the local shop for a setup to adjust the action, sand and oil the frets, etc. Now I can't stop playing it. I think this one of the best looking and sounding guitars I have ever seen. I still can't believe I bought a guitar of this quality for under $400.

Great guitar, can’t believe it’s priced so low.
Played great out of the box and was in tune, 2 steps down. No issues with action , neck was straight sounds incredible.

Definitely NOT Guild quality , piece of buzzing junk !
Used to own a REAL Guild years ago , if you expect a nice guitar from this company AVOID this jUnk ! It has the Guild name thats it , buzzes all over the neck that has joints that look awful and neck is not one piece. The finish is super pours and looks like crap! Absolutely ZERO flame in the "flamed mahogany back and sides" ! If that isn't enough Amazon has not issued a refund after having the Guitar returned for near 2 weeks , RIP OFF ! AMAZON HAS BECOME A JOKE !

Great guitar. Poor delivery
Guitar is great. Delivery, not so much. Box indicated that it held a Guild Guitar. My specific instructions were to NOT leave it outside, but to ring the intercom. I was home. Intercom did not ring. I was home. Fortunately got an Alexa delivery alert that it hadpbeen delivered to my mail box. Item sat outside for 1/2 hour! Happy ending despite poor delivery service

American Design
Great Sound, slight buzz on the G string but I have not adjusted anything yet, the action feels really good. I like the easy battery access and the "correct" direction on the control dials. It's those little details that even the best company's overlook when it comes to leftys. I would recommend this model.

Ready to play right out of the box.
This is the first guitar I ever bought that sounded beautiful right out of the box. It didn’t need any neck adjustment, the action is perfect and it sounds great. The machine heads are not great quality but for the price this guitar is great! Happy with the purchase.
