NATURELO makes a decent product for vegans who need to supplement their Omega 3 naturally.This product provides 800mg of DHA in two capsules. I wish it would be 1000mg instead but its still more than other products I have checked.

I tried this supplement after Naturelo removed the DHA from its prenatals. The first bottle was fine, so I ordered another. The second bottle is a real disappointment—the capsules have increasingly stuck to themselves in the bottle and I’m struggling to get the last 30% of them out at all. I don’t know how to get them out unless I risk pinching them or just break the bottle open. The capsules are also cloudy as another reviewer noted; they didn’t look like that the first time. Frustrating that this product is a little pricey and so much of it is stuck in the bottle.

I am currently breastfeeding and was recommended by my sister who is a R.D. and a lactation consultant to buy DHA supplements, from algae not fish oil, as they have found it tremendously beneficial to baby's development through the breastmilk. After some searching on Amazon I came upon this product and she said it sounded great and to go for it. In terms of pain relief I haven't noticed anything but I also don't want to give it a low score because that's not why I'm taking it. I've been feeling great, the tablets are very easy to swallow and there is absolutely no taste. So far I'm very happy with my purchase and thrilled that I found a good product to help my baby's development!

Great way to get DHA, a very important omega-3 fatty acid. The other best way to get DHA & EPA is through Sardines, wild caught. Low/No mercury and other impurities. Bottom of the food chain, which eat the algae that make the DHA. And great source of bioavailable calcium. I drain them, mix them with mayo and eat like tuna, without the badness of tuna.
