Great Dolly
Not a bad table-top dolly really, Pretty simple design that works well. My Nikon d-300s with battey pack wasn't supported very well by the arm, once I added the lens. So, I added a Oben Ball head. I wish the dolly was a little longer to allow more room for arms when using a ball head. Instead, I use the arms to hold a monitor and the H4n Zoom. Still for the money you do get a great small form dolly. I hope Pico expands of the options for it. Maybe adding a track for off table shooting, would be a nice touch for times when you want a very low camera angle and do not want to lose mobility. I bought a second arm and discovered I had to make a trip to the hardware store to buy a mounting screw. I think the people at Pico think people would just use the camera's hotshoe for mounting the arms. But hotshoe Real-estate is hard to come by when so many devices today are asking to use that hotshoe mount. The Oben ballhead is a small form head at just over 1-inch in dia. Which will barely allow mounting the arm to the Dolly itself. The only down was the plastic mounting plate used on the Oben ballhead. I shoot video for a Service Dog Training non-profit and need a low angle for shooting, which the Pico Dolly fits into very well, but not what the designers had in mind for use. I had no issues with the Vendor and I think it was great buy.

Pico Dolly is Cool, not Cheesy
Just received my Pico Dolly, and it is great. The parts are nicely machined and assembled, and the carry bag is a really appreciated touch. Hate to admit it, but the more gear I buy, the more important bags become. Video gear is used on location, so equipment that does not travel well is not very useful. It always helps when the manufacturer provides a custom bag because something exactly right always beats something improvised. The iPhone clip supplied is also very clever. When I saw the picture, the nearest thing I could think of are the hair clips girls use, but this thing is much more robust and seems built to last, unlike the brittle plastic hair clips I have seen. Not to mention this clip is obviously purpose made, because it has a metal threaded insert specifically to be screwed to the supplied friction arm.All in all, this is a clever device and shows excellent attention to detail in design and manufacture.BTW - I was curious if the flashy wheels in the photos would be replaced by something random, but in fact my Pico Dolly arrived looking exactly as pictured, and performing exactly as advertised.

Not worth the money if you have a DSLR
Do not buy this for weddings if you use a DSLR. It takes way too much time to get the settings just right, then when it is set just right, the settings come apart easily from the weight. It's not great for on the go. If you are looking for an in-studio shot, where you have full control, then I say go for it. I've done great shots with it in the past, but it took a while to get those shots. Eventually I just took it out of my travel bag and now I never use it. If you do weddings or filming while traveling, don't even bother, just get the money for an actual slider. If you are using a very light camera, then this is probably a great product. It's smooth, but don't bother if your table isn't perfectly smooth.

Pico Dolly
Saw several reviews about this dolly on the internet and in Facebook. It was priced right so I ordered it. Build is great, fit and finish is excellent. I may buy a second and some extra extension rods. I keep it in my kit and it has come in handy on several occasions. Easily worth double it's price. I'll be be keeping my eye out for more products from this company. It works well with my iPhone and Canon 5D. Just remember when using this, you need an absolutely smooth surface to track on, just like with a real dolly for best results. Also, on the extension rods, you have to loosen the knurled knob to release tension in the rod to adjust the armature. It doesn't say that in the materials that come with it. Also comes in a nice zippered pouch. Delivery came as promised. In fact came a day early.

Will you really use it?
I bought this thing thinking I'd use it often - just for the fun of it. I don't.Don't get me wrong, it's well-built and glides smoothly, but there's just not a lot of use for floor level video. And its more difficult than you think to find a smooth surface to roll it on while shooting scenes. I suppose in a studio setting or on an actual video shoot, you would be prepared to create a smooth surface for it, but in general practice, it sits in my car not moving until a passenger decides to play with it.

Give yourself the gift of amazing shot choices
The Pico Flex Dolly is so handy for getting a shot you can't achieve any other way. We used it for a foot-level walk down a hallway by tying a string to the center and steadily pulling back. The wheels, once locked, we were able to track back smoothly along a wood floor. My one wish would be for the axils to have preset stopping points. Since they both can be set independently and don't lock to particular places, you end up spending a lot of time getting them to go straight back.

Great Build Quality
It's built really well. Everything is well thought out and solid. The only thing they missed were some kind of markers to line the wheels up evenly. Not a huge deal, and it's pretty easy to guess, but it would have been nice.Everything came exactly as pictured. The bag is a red color, not all black like is shown, but that's hardly a big deal. It's a little pricier than the other options, but you'll pay for quality and get it.

Great Dolly for the price
So I have used this same brand of dolly working on a commercial and it worked great for a couple of quick shots that we needed in tight spaces. The producer had stopped by a local camera store and bought it "Just in case we want to try it out". I was impressed afterwards and I wanted my own and saw it on Amazon for the same price but with a case, a magic arm and a shark clip. Wow I'll buy it from JZS Electronics through Amazon then! When the package arrived it did NOT include the magic arm or the shark clip. Allen from JZS Electronics called me and apologized and sent me out the missing parts immediately. I am very pleased with the customer service they provide. Thanks.

Recommended for versatile angle filming but not for smooth shooting.
If you want a smooth slide filming feel for your product, it wouldnt recommend this item, as the wheels doesnt help unless the surface you use is 100% smooth. other wise on a normal table with any gap or carpet its not good as it vibrates when rolling.I guess the Pico Flex Table is made for small cameras and not for our canon 5D with a lense, its not easy to balance. The good side is it is versatile compared to other camera slides as you get to use on different type of angle filming shots. Its not so easy use item.
