The product is very good

Lock button brocken....
I got faulty product. Lock button is brocken. But drill is working. I fix that lock button myself.

Disgusting service from Amazon.
The product is totally useless. I used it is just about four times and I heard a kind of bursting noise from inside and the wire got burnt. The drill is not working now. As advised by Amazon I wrote to the seller and they are not willing to repair it. Amazon also not willing to help. Amazon is disconnecting phone calls. That's the kind of support you get from Amazon.

It is not designed to drill holes on walls. No sharp drilling beets given in this pack.
