Very nice pot
This ticks all the boxes of a nice pot: the lids fits perfectly, the ball strainer has plenty of holes so it doesn't clog, and the pour is super smooth. I'm very happy with this teapot.

Very pleased!
Seems to be high quality and very well made. No musty smell. Lid fits perfectly, neither too loose nor too tight. Pours with a tight and neat stream (disregard my death grip in the photo since I was holding it over a 40-foot drop!) I’m looking forward to years of use!Seasoning tips: Start boiling a pot of filtered water. Put a folded clean white towel washed without scents or fabric softeners in a clean sink. Rinse the teapot and detached lid over the towel in cold water using your hands to dislodge any residue on or in the teapot and the lid (no debris in or on mine!) Reduce the pot to simmering. Gradually increase the temperature of the rinse water to avoid heat shock to the teapot. Wring out the towel and lower it gently into the simmering pot. Submerge the teapot and lid separately, letting them rest on the towel. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Remove the teapot and lid from the pot and let dry completely. Done!

Fantastic tea pot
This item is fantastic. It's not glazed just rinse it out with hot water a few times before you first use it. And enjoy your tea. I use mine daily if not several times a day. And it never disappoints.
