Quite expensive but they do work well and taste great too. No digestive/gut issues with them.

Tasty, hydrating

i drink in 250-300ml of water and think it tastes fine sweet and fruity and kinda creamy. Very Hydrating tastier than some others. i wouldn't add anymore water tho, i think it would taste like weak cordial which is gross. it just takes FOREVER to dissolve, so not really a quick before i go type drink

Great value, always have one of these in my drink when I'm bike training. Taste is great and they dissolve quickly and easily.

I regularly do ultra walks and the organisers have started putting SIS into the water at the break points. So I bought these from Amazon in many different flavours and they really keep me hydrated. Especially recommended for women who are going through the menopause and can’t take HRT, palpitations are common but SIS helps manage the electrolyte level and palpitations are much, much fewer after taking 1 SIS daily

I’ve tried a few different electrolyte tablets before and these are definitely one of the better ones. The taste is really good, not overly salty like some others, more like a light fruity drink so it’s actually enjoyable to have rather than forcing it down. They dissolve pretty well in water and don’t leave much residue, maybe just a tiny bit at the bottom but nothing that affects the drink. I usually use one in a bottle during the day or after work and it definitely helps me feel more hydrated, especially when I’ve been active or sweating a lot. One thing I like is that you only need one tablet, so a tube lasts a decent amount of time which makes it better value than it first looks. They’re also really convenient to carry around. They’re not a miracle product obviously, but for staying hydrated and feeling a bit more refreshed, they do exactly what you want. Overall very happy with them and will be buying again.

No improvement in incidence of cramp. Pleasant enough, though.

These are my go to electrolyte tablets mostly due to the flavour. I have tried others but find them too salty. There is a small amount of residue left at the bottom but it does not impact the taste in my opinion.

One of the best electrolytes I’ve had. Highly recommended.
