Good quality
Good quality for a good price. Work as they should.no leaks so far

Low end parts.
Not the best. The valves were fine and of ok quality. The rest of the items were not the best. The water lines were quite cheap and of low quality. The gas line was short. My fault for not checking. But, it was smaller than the machine is wide. Had to change plumbing to make work. The closed nipples were of low quality, thin and hard to get to seal. Ended up purchasing better ones to get good seal. Overall, it works ish. Just get the valves and go to the hardware store for the rest.

A fraction of the cost of the big box store
the exact same kit the big box stores sell, but at a fraction of the cost. No issues with installation or quality of materials.

Worked great!
This valve worked great as a replacement for my on-demand water heater. After about 10 years, the valves got all covered with mineral deposits, and I was unable to turn them, even though I serviced it once a year.

Fabulous Kit
I've installed 3 tankless water heaters and this kit was the most complete and easiest to use. Solid materials, everything needed for a tankless install (I installed an outdoor Rinnai unit), and no leaks. I really like the unions with rubber gaskets so it's easy to re-tighten if needed. Very nice kit. Highly recommend.

Won't seal
Included 3/4 nipple did not seal at inlet/ outlet. Tried several other adapters and none of those would seal. Pretty bad when the main component of your kit sucks that bad.

Disappointing
The parts looked like quality parts but wasn’t for rv tankless water heater so I sent them back with their authorization letter. That was almost a month ago I contacted them about my refund and they emailed me back saying they would investigate it and I haven’t heard a word from them so far needless to say I won’t recommend them. Well it’s been a couple more weeks and finally received word they would refund my money. The parts looked like quality parts so I’d just say make sure of your order and you’ll be fine.

Had a minor problem but with great customer service it was resolved quickly and easily. I got this for my new watee heater and it works perfectly!
