Makes a mean raspberry vinagrette
I’m not a sweet dressing kind of person but my husband loves the stuff and this makes it easy to make him happy. Tastes like raspberry and not medicinal at all. I use it on the spring greens, green apple, pecan and goat cheese salad. I think you’ll like it too.

This is a great balsamic vinegar. I love the thickness which is so hard to find. The flavors are beautiful also.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!
This balsamic reduction is perfect for my no salt diet! Very flavorful with no added preservatives, sugar or color. The bottle lasted quite a while, even though I used it nearly every day in salads. No refrigeration required after opening unless you let it sit for months, I assume. Great value, healthy, good for marinating meats, dressing salads or drizzling on veggies or sliced avocados.
