Works as Advertised
These diffusers work extremely well without any hot spots or dark areas. It really looks like one continous light as long as the LED strip you are using has at least 60 LED's per meter. I used the Govee Strip Light 2 Pro that has 60 LED's per meter and it turned out great so if you have a strip that has more than that, I am sure it would be even better. They are a very good value and relatively easy to install, a must have if you are going to be able to see the lights.

Truly Spotless!
This was my first time using this channel and I was highly impressed with the construction and how the diffusor provided a truly "neon", uniform light. As you can see from the photos, the channel was installed in a hallway closet and the mounting location meant the homeowner would see the fixture directly. For that reason, we needed a channel that would provide "spotless" light, and also distribute the light in a semi-circular fashion. This channel does precisely what they say it does, and also has a fantastic, stylish, curved milling on the side, with a substantial feel. Highly recommended and I'll use it again. Note: a number of folks have said they were disappointed with the channel not providing "spotless" light. That effect is a function of the diode density on the LED tape, the height of the channel (distance between the diode and the diffusor) and the diffusor density and opacity. I used a tape with 120 diodes/meter, and the effect was truly spotless at all viewing distances. You simply cannot match any LED tape with any channel and get a magical, mythical outcome of no visible diodes. It's more complex than that. In short, use a tape with at least 60 diodes/meter and you'll get a very good outcome with this channel.

Look Nice and Work Well, Dim The Light Output Quite a Bit
I would recommend using 144 pixels/meter strips with these. These genuinely do not have any hotspots, but the cost you pay for that is a loss of brightness. The diffusor is fairly thick, which more evenly distributes the light, but also reduces the luminosity. Others have suggested 60 pixels/meter, but I would actually suggest going to 144 pixels/meter, which is what I am using. With that pixel density they are still quite bright, and color chases are truly seamless, creating that TRON look.Do note that if you go to 144 pixels/meter, you're going to draw a lot of current. For 1 meter you're looking at about 1.6 Amps @ 12V on full white, so about ~20 Watts per meter. Make sure your power supplies are up to snuff. I'm using 1200W HP Server Power Supplies.

Impossible to fit covers in channels - replacement works perfectly
Looks like it would work great, but the covers do not fit the channels. The rounded cover is rigid from side to side and will not give at all to snap into the channel. The edge overlaps the of the channel and no amount of squeezing or manipulation will force the cover into the channel.Edited to add: Muzata quickly replaced the channels, and the new shipment worked perfectly. It took just a couple minutes to install with lights. Excellent customer service

Softens strip light
The diffuser makes the install of a strip light look more professional. I used a Govee strip here.

Great spotless channel
This will work to perfectly diffuse a 60LED per meter strip, but not a 30 LED per meter one. It's also pretty easy to cut if you need a shorter channel, and that goes for both the aluminum and the actually milky white cover itself. Would recommend!

I'm disappointed
Overall, I'm disappointed, especially after all the positive reviews. On the plus side, they do as advertised: spotless light. I used a 120 LEDs/meter strip tape and after installing, there is no LED spots -- it is a nice even light.I agree with other reviews stating that installing the diffuser takes some effort. It does seem sturdy once installed. There are a couple of downsides. First, the light appearance (brightness) was reduced much more than I thought. Subjectively, I'd say the light was reduced 30-40% in brightness. I don't know if it is the "milky white" diffuser, or the shape/thickness of the diffuser, or the diffuser material, but the nice and bright LED strip lighting was much less bright after installing the diffuser. Second, the diffuser changed the light color. My strip tape is 3000 degree temperature, but after installing the diffuser, the light coming out of the diffuser was shifted toward the red/yellow spectrum to the point where it looked like 2700 degrees (or less). Both of these issues are more pronounced than other brands/products that I've used in the past. I'm disappointed and won't be using this product.
