I ordered these for my tall, thin middle schooler for an outdoor band concert. The quality of the fabric is good, and the pants have a nice cut. They look good on his slim frame. I plan to wash them on a cold, gentle cycle to keep the fabric color looking vibrant.

My husband was so happy with the first pair that he had me order a second.The fit is very nice. They wash great and dried them on low. We took them out of the dryer while they were still warm and they were basically wrinkle free and didn't shrink.He is 5'8" 180lbs and we ordered size 32/29

They weren’t as stretchy as I had hoped

Good replacement for Wal Mart Slim Stretch Chino pants I've been getting for years. Wal Mart has apparently discontinued those pants as supplies have been dwindling. I went searching on Amazon for a replacement and found these Amazon Basics slim chino. Very pleased with these as a replacement moving forward.

A little over a year ago, I bought some of these pants cause I was looking to upgrade my old khakis for some fun colored and affordable chinos. I got a pair of these and they did the trick. They fit well, felt decently built for the price, and looked great. I liked my first pair so much that I got a few more in various colors. The color selection is great.I have worn these a lot over the last year. They are casual enough to wear with a polo or t-shirt, but can be dressed up with a long-sleeve shirt and a blazer. They quickly became my go-to pants. I had enough pairs and color variations that I was washing them about once every couple of weeks.However, after a few washes, I started noticing two things: 1) the bright, beautiful colors started to fade, and 2) the fit wasn't as comfortable after a few washes as it was when I first got them. For the price I paid, I should have expected some of this. They are very affordable, but you are ultimately getting what you paid for. These are not built to last if you are going to be wearing them regularly (which I suspect most who are buying them will). I eventually purchased a few more chinos from more name brands in similar colors, and after a few months, they are definitely resisting the color fading and shrinkage a lot better than these Amazon Essentials did.So my final thought is that these are pretty solid pants, but you are getting a mid-range quality product that will not stand the test of time if you are using them as regular everyday/work pants. If you will only use these occasionally and primarily use jeans or dress pants, then these are a solid purchase that you should be able to get years of life from. But if you intend to wear them for heavier, more regular use (work pants) then I highly suggest pay twice as much for a more reputable and durable brand (Dockers, BR, Levi etc), cause you will end up doing that anyway with regular wear and tear for these in less than 2 years.

Love this pants for work. It’s the 3rd time i have ordered it for work. The quality is nice for it’s price. Worth every penny.
