I work in construction and go hiking a lot in the Everglades/Big Cypress Preserve here out of Miami-Dade county, and these little things are great!! You can refill them too. Make a nice gift or kind gesture, giving them to someone. I love adding it to my fruits or just taking a couple shakes back when feeling woozy from the heat. Followed by some raw local honey.Phenomenal little things and are great for taking them out when needed! Good way to watch salt intake too, as can be used to add salt to foods if asked to be made without salt.

The salt is fantastic because it’s Redmonds. I would say that 16$ for the size is a wee bit excessive; EXCEPT, the bottles are glass, it is an actual shaker top not just a pour top and an excellent, convenient size for travel or a purse, guys pocket, whatever and because you can refill the bottle (the top comes off unlike a lot of salt products)!! I get severe migraines from the Iodine content in iodized salt so that isn’t an option for me. I love that I can see the minerals in the salt. So, overall I’d say it is a good price for what you get and their salt is fantastic in general. Redmond does sell paper salt packets but those always rip/spill in my purse; this is a better option.

I love these handy little shakers! They are perfect for throwing in my purse and using when I am out and about. I love having this salt to use instead of table salt at restaurants. Each shaker holds quite a bit!

I love these little salt shakers. I love Redmond’s real salt and prefer to use it at home and when I go somewhere to eat. The salt shaker fits in my purse easily, and the lid is secure, so I don’t have to worry about it opening and spilling everywhere. I was thinking they were a little overpriced, but I’m sure they are refillable and they are very durable. The quality of the salted itself is great as it is Redmond’s. Glad I found these.
