If motion sickness had a sworn enemy, it would be Dramamine. I’m a repeat buyer because it just works. Whether it’s turbulence at 30,000 feet or a winding road trip that suddenly feels like an amusement park ride, this stuff comes through. My daughter and I both take it before flights and sometimes for long car rides, and it has become part of our travel routine. One small note, if I take it in the evening I do get a little drowsy. Not always a bad thing on a late flight though. Super reliable, does exactly what it promises, and always earns a spot in my travel bag.

Got it for a long ride about 7 hour. It worked well. Made me sleepy and drowsy for like 20 hour though.

it's pretty nice for someone who has bad motion sickness takes like 5 minutes to work it works the entire duration nausea goes poof im perfectly content as someone who doesn't have issues with swallowing pills

I am using these to address a disequilibrium problem I have - the "feeling-of-standing-on-a-ship" type of imbalance. The condition resulted after an upper-respiratory illness a while back and has been intermittent ever since, which, you know, sucks. I don't use this every day, just when it is particularly bad. I don't get nausea, so I can't comment on whether these help that or not. I've tried 1x and 2x. 2x works really well to stabilize me, but it makes me very drowsy/lethargic, so I stick with 1x most of the time, which takes the edge off. Time to effect is about 45m, duration maybe 3-4h. I can take a second 50mg dose about 6h after the first without the extreme lethargy, so the effect must be shorter than that. I do find that I get significantly better sleep when using these, but you aren't supposed to use them for that, so I don't. I might, though, if I had a particularly bad cold and wanted to just knock myself out. Flavor-wise, not bad. Orange-y, a little bitter. Leaves a bit of an aftertaste, but hardly noticeable. Would recommend.

These always do the trick for long, mountainy car rides, to keep the kids from puking.. especially when the wife is driving, hehehe!

I love this brand but can’t trust the seller. I bought it in feb 2026. And expiry date is for march 2026.

Without it I wouldn’t have enjoyed my trip in Sri Lanka

The vitamins and anti-nausea medication were delivered roasting hot despite the sticker saying keep cool. These deliveries need to be better handled.
