Excellent quality all around!! The material and zippers seem to be very well made. Love this diaper bag/backpack so much!

Q: Do insulated pockets fit comotomo bottles?

Yes but it's tight, you gotta squeeze them in there.

Q: Have a special needs 9 year old. Can the bottle holders hold a 20oz bottle?

Not in the regular bottle holder in the front pouch, but it can go in a side pocket without the thermal foil.

Q: How do you hang this on a stroller?

It doesn’t have stroller straps, I guess you could use the top handle, I would just put it in the stroller basket.
