Give satiety.It tastes different from wheat flour but it is acceptable on diet grounds but still you get the same texture and puffiness like wheat flour. Use some wheat ( a very little) flour while spreading into roti.

Expired flour sent
I received the flour today on 10th Feb, and to my surprise, the expiry date on the packet is 12th Feb. This is unacceptable for a consumable product. Please replace with fresh flour or refund.

BINDS WELL
Bind it with hot water , keep aside for sometime , add lil oil .it takes time to roll but it doesn’t break.
