Super grippy
I like these a lot they fit super snug and are a little hard to get on and off but they do the job. They deff help me with climbing the pool and help build the strength up and condition my body for certain tricks

Highly recommend these for beginner pole dancers.
As a pole instructor, I don’t usually recommend “crutches” for my students, but these are an exception. They allow the student to work on technique and strength training without worrying about slippage or pain. But…. Once the strength and technique are there, these become obsolete.

Really nice for learning new pole tricks
If you love pole dancing and pole fitness these are a must. I love them. They are a little hard to get off but I think I might have bought a size too small lol. Besides the point, they have helped a lot when I am trying to learn a new pole trick. They stick incredibly well sometimes I think too well. But I rather have too well than not at all.

Hard to remove but great product
Such a great product! I struggled with climbing and with these I touched the ceiling. Very helpful for inverts, a little hard to take off

Material does not last long with frequent use
I love the fact that these even exist! My complaints are the material isn't that durable and after wearing them for so long they start to cut off my circulation. Other than that, I love the grip factor and these help give my skin a break. They fit snug but I feel if I go up a size, they might slide off and not provide the support I need. They aren't thick but they really don't need to be. I like the fact they are thin so its kinda like wearing thin grippy socks. I am definitely ordering another pair, mine are worn out. I hope they invest in better quality material eventually. I cantt really find grips like these anywhere else.

Great to give your feet and ankles a little break while learning
I'm a relative beginner in the pole dancing world and everyone who takes pole knows how painful it is to learn how to climb if your feet are at all bony. I was coming home with bruises all over the tops of my feet to the point where it was hindering my progress (can't build strength if it hurts too much to even wrap your feet around the pole). So, I used these a few times to learn how to climb. It helped build my strength up to the point where I can now climb without using them and not completely destroy my feet/ankles. Your instructor will probably not want you to use these much if at all because ultimately the goal is to be able to climb and spin and invert without additional aids. However, I think they can be helpful to use while you're getting used to things and building strength.

Worth the money
I love these!!! They enabled me to train to build up my strength and kept my skin from getting bruised and pinched. They are snug when on and don't slip off easily
