Fabulous for Yogurt
I make my homemade soy yogurt overnight. Then in the morning set these screens over a bowel. The mesh is fine enough to only let through the whey. The metal ring supports the mesh high enough to not dip into the expressed whey. I just let gravity do the work for a while (30 to 60 minutes). The separated whey goes in a jar for use in smoothies. The yogurt goes in other jars. It lasts for a week. Then I start all over again. These strainers work perfectly and are very easy to clean with running water.

For The BEST Homemade Greek-style YOGURT!
This is an excellent product, doing what it is supposed to do, straining the whey out of homemade yogurt, which is simple to make, and the best I've ever eaten. Homemade yogurt is easy to do and you do NOT need a yogurt maker. Just a large 2 Qt. glass mixing bowl, good whole milk (not the ultra-pasteurized) and a good commercial yogurt with active cultures for your starter. For simple instructions and the recipe, visit Paula Rhodes' Salad In A Jar web site, and you will have perfect yogurt so nice and thick that your spoon will stand up straight. Had I known how easy this is to make, would have been doing it long ago. This nylon strainer is a MUST for the absolute best results. The large strainer holds 2 quarts of yogurt with room to spare.

Great fine filter for aqua drinks.
The product is great and it works. I only wish there was a small size one for perhaps cup size. I had to hold the filter in a large bowl for a 2 cup or less use. I'm only making it for one. While the sizes I was given works great for larger amounts. Do buy this filter it is better than aluminum screens sold in stores. It is a very fine filter. Washes and drys great for reuse with almond berries, horchata water.

Much easier clean-up than an actual nutmilk bag
These are not actually bags but screens that you can put over a bowl to filter your milk. I am using these to make oatmilk. The screens are very fine, so it takes a while for the milk to run through, but it goes faster if you stir it with a rubber spatula. The result is a great milk without any pulp. As others have mentioned, it would be great if there was a little more fabric, so the screens sagged a bit more and could hold more volume. The greatest feature of these compared to regular nutmilk bags is that the straining process is less messy (no squeezing and having the milk run all over your hands) and clean-up is a breeze. Just a quick rinse and hang up to dry.

Fantastic for Yogurt and cleans super easily
I made an extra large batch of yogurt and use this to strain the whey. Perfect! Very fine mesh and the yogurt comes off easily when finished. Super easy to clean and hang to dry. Highly recommended if you are sick of teeny yogurt strainers that are impossible to clean. Some other reviews said it collapsed but I have no idea how that could have happened with the wire ring over the edges of the bowl.

Great quality.
Very pleased with product. I made my first quark yesterday. Strainers are study, easy to use, come in set of 3 sizes and very easy to clean. Great quality.

Watch out for rust.
These screens worked good for a while but I've started to notice that while the wire rim appears to be stainless steel the fitting that holds the wire in a loop is not and is starting to rust and ruined a full batch of yogurt.
