I usually have to check it after the first rain of the season, after which sometimes one of the sensors will come loose from their tubing, causing a stream of water to be wasted. The latest issue is the pressure reducer, which appears to have sprung a leak, and can only handle maybe 1PSI before leaking out through a hole in the side. I'm happy enough with my blumat, that i'm ordering a replacement pressure reducer.
