This is a very good product. The strength of each of the minerals has changed a lot since I purchased it last (about 2 years ago). The strength seems very low, but I haven't researched the reason for cutting back. I take one per day.

Not gluten free
Buyer beware -- this product is incorrectly described. It is not gluten free. The back of the label indicates that it is made with wheat products.
