Poor static balance but decent cheap wheel for '94 Montero
Ordered one as a spare (97-7983F 17x9). Threw it on the tire balancer before mounting anything, static balance isn't great (2.5oz+ on outside, slightly less on inside). Mounted up a tire without issue. Finish is fairly hard. These wheels are pretty soft though with big enough tires that shouldn't be an issue. Fit perfectly on my 1994 Gen2 Mitusbishi Montero (with lift/trimmed) running 35x12.5. The backspacing is correct for this application without rubbing though I don't have swaybars.

Worth the money
Great looking wheels and so far so good. Good quality for the price for sure. They've been off road a couple of times since install and the paint and clearcoat hage withstood sand and mud while the lips have withstood rocks and stumps nicely.

Great wheel for the money
I bought a set plus a spare for my overland rig. I didn’t want to spend the money on bead locks given I won’t be doing a whole lot of crawling. Decided to go with these because they were very affordable so I wouldn’t feel horrible if I beat them up a bit. That and I needed something with 4.25” backspacing to clear my kyrponite upper control arms. The paint/powdercoat so far has been pretty durable. The coating is very solid, no runs or signs of low spots. It looks ver good for how little they cost. The hub bores are huge, so be sure to get hub centric rings for proper alignment. My factory lug nuts work well. I rechecked torque after a couple hundred miles and they were still tight.

Decent quality. Affordable price
I would recommend a better clear coat. Mine had some pretty significant paint damage installing tires and mounting on the vehicle. Overall the quality was great
