Fast boot up and so cool looking
This tiny powerfull mini PC has amazed me and everyone thats seen it in use.I wanted to hook up a pc to the living room TV mostly for playing movies from a USB HD & some video editing.I did first try it with my desktop pc that did work fine but too big and too many wires.After tons of research and advice from friends i bit the bullet and brought this and wow from the start,Super fast boot up time of just under 30 sec to the home screen thats twice as fast as my desktop pc.Iv now ditched the USB HD and brought a SSD tranfered all my movies to that and fitted the SSD inside the X55 so simple to do too just unscrew 4 screws on the bottom hook it up and your away.The wifi signal is strong 20 feet from my router infact im getting the same speeds 20 feet away as 2 feet away happy days.Iv used the mounting bracket that comes with it & Fitted it to the back of the tv so you cant even tell its there.Early days yet but im over the moon with my new PC & as its windows the updates are always there and easy to install.My son has got his eye on it now as he has found out he can play games on it his gone and installed asphalt 9 after me saying no he cant & says its working just fine.

Really good spec, some quality control issues to beware of
The first one of these I received was very unstable, and upon running memtest86 on it there were so many errors the testing program gave up and aborted the test (over 10K)! Arranged a return with Amazon and ordered a replacement and so far so good with the new one. First thing I did was run a memory test and this one all looks ok :) I'd advise others to do the same before they spend too much time trying to get it all set up and configured.Other than that the device is really nice, very compact and looks good snuggled in with the other AV kit. It's very responsive. This is also the first device that has allowed me to actually get 4K video from the TV I've had for a year or so now and it looks amazing! It has played 4K videos from YouTube and Amazon prime without issue so far... I'm only an evening in with the replacement box but so far so good. I'll update this review if needed after more extensive use.All in all a really nice device so long as you don't get a dodgy one.

Low energy user with big power processing.
Got this little thing to replace an aging i5 2nd gen sata II hdd .put a 256gb hdd for extra storage this little GEM can move thanks to windows 10 installed on a SSD .Takes longer to change all the default settings and APPS .if you spend most your time online and don't want to use a chromebook get this GEN

Not happy
Not satisfied at all bought it set it up. It won’t stop crashing. Won’t allow me into safe mode to try and repair.
