Kindness is what makes us stronger! And we need this in our world right now.
This is a perfect precious book to read to your littles. The illustrations are beautiful and as a parent, they aren't cheesy or terrible (like some books are). The messages are amazing and go through all sorts of feelings and scenarios where kindness matters. <3 NEED A GIFT FOR A TODDLER YOU KNOW?! This would be perfect for them. And is one of my daughters favorite books.

Amazingly simple and great open ended discussion book for the littlest toddlers
Sophie Beer has yet to disappoint! This book started our collection of the series. Kindness Makes us Strong has become a staple in our home and is read pretty much daily. My children have memorized the book and love sharing it with friends and family. I have gifted this book to friends, teachers, family, and at holiday donations. I highly recommended this book. Its uniqueness opens up conversations between reader and child on every page. Discuss the pictures, discuss another example of what is said, discuss how you did something recently that's described on the page. We are still finding new ways to discuss this book each time we open it and we have brought this book into our daily life by referring back to it when we see kindness in the world.

The best book on the shelf
This is our favorite book. 📕 Sophie Beer has done a wonderful job teaching young ones lots of meaningful ways to show kindness. The pictures tell so many different stories in addition to the main message- a book you can read in three minutes or for thirty minutes, depending on how in-depth you want to go. Our toddler loves the book, especially pointing out the teddy bear and baby ducks are. A true delight to read again and again.

Parents seem to love this book topic!
I've bought this board books twice for Baby showers. The parents have seemed to love it! They always mention that it is such an important topic to teach their child. I've had people ask where I got it. I think it looks more expensive than the actual price because it is a relatively large board book.

A colourful and accessible intro to kindness for little children
My two year old daughter and I love this book. The colours and illustrations are bold and attractive and provide really lovely examples of kindness; examples that even little kiddos will appreciate. There aren’t too many words per page, and the book itself isn’t too long, meaning it’s not too much of an attention-ask for young ones. It’s felt suitable for my two year old, but I think she would have enjoyed it from even younger. The combination of not too much text and and lovely images allows for lots of conversation with your little one, i.e. pointing out what’s going on or spotting different objects. From a parenting perspective, I love the topic. It’s simplistic, but effective. It provides nice examples of kindness to bring the concept alive. My daughter and I now regularly point out acts of kindness when we’re out and about, whether that’s things we, or others are doing. She’s even repeated some of the acts of kindness in the book. Giving a ‘friendly hello’ at the park is particularly heart warming. For those looking for a story, there is none to be found, but I’ve found it to be a lovely addition to our little library regardless.

Great book
My 10 month old loves this book, and I know it will grow with him in the coming years. Lovely, colourful graphics that he enjoys looking over. The pages are thicker than paper but not as thick as a board book, but can handle a bit of heavy-handedness. A great message behind the book. Would recommend.
