TorresLa Oscuridad Cabernet Sauvignon Vinegar (250 ml)

This is the best rwv I’ve found so far.It’s flavorful and sharp but not startlingly so nor bitter.Tried others after buying this and wound up coming back for more and giving the others away.

This was the first time I've purchased red wine vinegar. At first I was sure if I wanted to invest $14 for a bottle of vinegar, but I am so glad I did. I can tell it has good quality. I've noticed the nature of red wine vinegar might be on a stronger and tarter side than white wine vinegar, but this one has tart but very delicate taste and looks so elegant. I made pasta salad dressing with it. It came out great.

This is a good quality vinegar. I used it at work to make a vinaigrette and everyone loved it. Will for sure buy it again. The flavor is way better than any regular store bought red wine vinegar out there.

Phenomenal aged product . Don’t buy if you need volume but flavor is exceptional

I have never tasted a vinegar like this before.....so rich, not bitter, not sweet either. Perfection. It adds such a texture to salad dressings.

I bought this because I saw it on Instagram when Courtney Cox was cooking. It’s pretty good and has a nice flavor. It just isn’t my favorite. It’s a cabernat sauvignon vinegar so I think it tastes a little stronger. I do enjoy it, though! It’s worth having on hand for a little different taste. Thanks CC!!
