I feel like it helps with my knee and ankle pain but am unable to give 5 stars because I am also going to physical therapy.

I got this to help ease the recovery aches and pains as I cranked up my upper body workouts while waiting for my bruised heel fat pad to heal. It is a good product, it even cleared up the inflammation on my heel pad. I am back to normal marathon training with aggressive cross training with easier and quicker recovery from my workouts.

These help my joint pain and general aches and pains soooooooo much from my hypothyroid and adrenal burnout, especially when I've done too much in the yard or from working out.
