Great product

Within the first day or two, I felt the results from taking it once a day.It dulls down my overall mood to a slight more tolerable level (not feeling much, mellow). The reason I stopped taking it was because of how fast it made my heart beat even though I was resting.This product is definitely a stimulant or has a lot of caffeine to give the consumer the effect of “more energy, more productive”.Still a way healthier alternative than antidepressants when it comes to mood.

Saffron has been reviewed for use of PMDD, I’ve been taking this brand daily for approx seven months. I can honestly say it has made a difference in my mood. Supplements have come properly sealed, no issues with count or damage. I have recommended this product to several people in my personal life.

I was told I had the 1st stages of cataracts. I had read that saffron at 30 mg would be best for every day uses. I have been on this product for three months. After my second month I can see ( no pun tendant) a difference in sun light. That annoying pain seem to lessen. Will continue to use the saffron till my next optometry appointment. To see ( once again with the puns) if there is any improvement.

My husband and myself both started to take this brand and got very shaky, had headaches and just felt “off” overall. I unfortunately do not recommend this brand from this seller not only for the reasons stated above but also because you can’t even return it.
