This is a beautifully crafted knife, sharp and compact. Easy for carrying around in your pocket on garden days and a joy to use. I love it.

It's an Opinel, what more is there to say? If you don't own one, buy one. Genuinely brilliant little knives, pretty amazing these are still so cheap.

My favourite little gardening knife. Super sharp, easy to keep in your pocket and useful for all those little gardening jobs where secateurs would be too big or unwieldy. Well constructed and very durable.

I’ve been using the N°07 (lime green handle) as my daily garden companion for the last six months and it’s honestly brilliant for that exact job.It’s a proper locking folder with a nice liner lock that gives zero blade play once open, which makes it feel safe when I’m cutting thicker stems or opening heavy bags of compost/charcoal. The blade shape slices brilliantly through soft herbs like mint, basil and chives without crushing them, and it’s more than capable of light pruning on roses, lavender or fruit bushes when I’ve forgotten the secateurs.. Only minor downside is that the painted wood handle gets a little grubby but a quick wipe with a damp cloth normally fixes this. Important note for UK buyers: this is a UK-legal slipjoint when closed, but because it locks solidly when open, it is NOT legal for everyday carry on the street without good reason. In the garden or on your own property it’s absolutely fine, but don’t be tempted to pop it in your pocket for a trip to the shops.For the price it’s good value; sharp out of the box, holds an edge well with just a few strokes on a ceramic rod, and feels built to last. If you need a tough, attractive little knife that lives in the potting shed or back pocket while you’re pottering about at home, this is spot-on. Recommend. One star removed for handle picking up dirt.

I was looking for a left handed toolbox for my cousin Fernandez when I came upon this curious object. It appeared to be a small,funny little knife but the writing was all in a strange gobbledegook sort of language. I showed it to my friends hairdresser and he said that it looked like “Spanish” ! I clicked on “buy now” and the next day I received a little box delivered by a very large handsome lady. IT WAS A KNIFE!!!! I finally worked out how to use it and began using it for everything (not everything). It’s a lovely red colour (I am colour blind so it’s probably actually green) and it’s really well made (probably by french/spanish men/apes). TOP QUILTED (QUALITY)! 👍👍🙏muy bien.

Couteau top, reçu rapidement, qualités nickel et coupe super bien. A voir dans le temps. ( Le couteau est livré avec un cordon, que j'ai retiré, mais très pratique pour pouvoir l'accrocher )
