Rock 'N Roll Fitness Fun

This is a great CD to get children to more and enjoy what they are doing. I use it in my classroom and the children just love it when I put it on.

This cd is very good! It has good beat and can dance with it. The songs are awesome! I will recommend this cd to all ages.

disc (see Family Workout note). Good background/backup for home workout. Like having both discs in library for listening and working out.

The music is totally disappointing, just repetitive of maybe the first line of a song; as in the song Fun, Fun, Fun-all it has is "and we'll have fun, fun, fun, yes we're going to have some fitness fun." Repeats this a few times. Why not play the whole song, since this is supposed to be Rock N Roll Fitness. This comes across more like when I'm singing a song I really don't know and sing the first line, then hum the rest. BUT, I don't charge for that!!

It's OK, a bit childish and doesn't inspire. I'm wondering if it's for children in which case it could be OK.

I use this Music cd with adult population in Mental health and they love it!The music is fun and the dance movement are easy to follow .Highly recommended for a fun experience.
