This fan is quite revolutionary and just a very nice upgrade for any hot day. It sits on your shoulders and is very light, instead of the alternative of holding a hand fan which can be troublesome. Seamless and intuitive and works very well (and quiet!). Comes with a USB charger and a few scents (lemon is very pleasant). Definitely recommend.

This is perfect. If you work outside, layout, sit in bleachers, or have hot flashes, PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy this. You can adjust the arms (fans) up and down, and or in and out. I was thrilled when I figured out it has 3 speeds. This will cool you down fast and keep you cool. It's light weight, and I like that you have the option to turn the light feature off. I wish I would have known about this product years ago. I will absolutely be buying more because I never want to be without one of these. Seriously.

I am thankful for this "gadget". I sweat very easily so I have to get dressed in front of a fan. With this I can walk around and still remain cool. The only issue I had is that you have to be careful not to allow hair or clothing too close or it will get sucked in and jam it.

I ordered this particular item from all the other types/brands on Amazon with the hopes that it would be quiet just like they advertised. I am sure it is quieter than others but for what I need - work and church - it is too loud. I am disappointed because it seems like a quality item.....I just need it to truly be whisper quiet. Unhappy camper at the moment.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This fan is pretty cool. I work outside in the elements and I had bought one that went on my phone charging port which I couldn’t even feel. This one has three speeds and puts out some serious air. I will be using on my daughters stroller this summer. I like the aromatherapy feature and will update when I use the oil. Pretty impressed with this fan, if you need to get cooled off this is your choice!

This is a terrific little product. It does it's job well... which is to cool off the face and neck. The bonus is that it is so lightweight, you barely feel it while wearing it. It was given to me as a gift, and I love it so much, I bought several for Christmas gifts. It is also fun because you can push a button to enable color that change (or you can disable that feature to tone it down). Good for exercising, doing chores around the house in warm weather, or for (ahem) hot flashes. My one criticism is that it is a little bit noisy, as to be expected because it is so close to your ears. Not sure there is a way around that.

This my 3rd one and I have discovered that the blades are extremely sensitive to vibration or heavy acceleration. 2 blades broke on the first one while slowly setting it down on the table to cool off and yes fan was on from neck to table. 2 blades broke on the second one by jogging on a treadmill and the third one broke 3 blades when it fell on from my desk while trying to charge it (fell on carpet), fan was off and still broke 3 blades. I am constantly using superglue to put it back together, so far so good now. I ended up having to superglue ALL blades, even the non-broken ones. Not worth the hassle in my opinion unless your willing to add an order of superglue with the neck fan and have a lot of patience. Maybe the neck fan should come with superglue already in the package.

Bought two to go inside dinosaur costumes. One arrived with blades broken but replacement was sent right out and here next day. Worked ok once replacement arrived.

I love this neck fan!! Originally purchased for our cruise (postponed due to Covid) so I that I could walk around mexico and not die from the heat plus my hotflashes. I am a cancer survivor and am on drugs that stop me from creating hormones that the cancer likes; the result is hotflashing anytime day or night. I have two fans at work, which are great, but can't take them to a meeting. This neck fan is awesome!! and it comes with scent pads in the event you are somewhere really stinky you can pop them in and smell jasmine, lemons, or your own scent on the blank pad. They also light up; which might come in handy in mexico, turn them on so hubby can find me.

Unfortunately the product looked great but the model I received I have doubts that it was new as my model came with 2 scented aromas and one tasteless but as soon as I turned it on the right side was very loud when I looked I noticed the blade was broken when I asked the seller they responded and then after a while it got too quiet so I’m sending the fan back in hopes I reorder another one in time dear o.t solver I’m sorry too from my part

I used the product while working on my yard at 40 degree Celsius (104 farhaneit) it really helped me to reduce the sensation of discomfort due to hight temperature. I love how flexible they are you can choose the right angle. The air it blow feel very natural like a natural breeze on a hot day. however the breeze is constant and permanent you don't have to wait that mother nature decide to send that breeze. Moreover in my humble opinion I don't know why but the air it blow seems definitely more cooler than the ambient air temperature. It must be only a sensation but is Indeed ae very refreshing one.

Item is perfect to help keep me cool while out walking. I just love the scented pads and the unscented ones. There is a jasmine one that is just wonderfulI was very impressed with this company for responding to my issues with a noisy fan.Quick response and great customer service. I have recommended them to many of my friends.My son and his coworker uses this at work as well. And are very impressed by it on those hot summer days as the work outside all of the time!!Great product !!!

I really wanted to like this item but one of the blades was broken. Even if was intact I felt that it would have been louder than the Moko which I settled on instead. Their customer service is great and they respond within hours. This item has a larger battery capacity than the Moko.
