Looks NICE. But Not worth it.
I purchased many things on here and been happy. The cooling system is pretty loud. As a comparison, it's louder then a OLD fridge turning on. The blue water dispenser is cheesy. I can see it breaking soon. I bought this unit based on appearance. I think I need to go back to the motto - function before fashion. I have few other coolers in my office that works way better then this one. I am very disappointed. Had it for only 5 days now, I thought I would get over the noise but you can hear it through the walls. Super annoying and loud!!!!!! I can see maybe if it dispensed iced cold water but it doesn't even do that. Had to package it up and sent it back for a refund. Really not happy with the product. Don't waste your time with this. Move along, don't buy it..

I read the reviews, and I was forewarned, but I wanted a paddle type of spiggot and I thought the picture looked like they were sturdier than what was reported so maybe it had been upgraded? Nope. These are very flimsy, cheap, plastic-looking paddle spiggots. We were very careful with them, however just a couple of weeks ago, the hot water spiggot broke off in my husband's hands as he was pouring hot water. Not only was it dangerous, it was a tremendous waste of water and a huge mess. Since we'd invested a chunk of change in this thing, and he used to recondition water coolers for Culligan, hubby attempted to fix it. In a few days it broke again. Done. Bought a different one and this one was hauled away from the curb today.

SO LOUD!!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I bought this for my new office so clients (and I) has nice drinking water during the day. It looks great, but when I set it up It is the loudest thing! I have to raise my voice to speak to someone. (See video). I’m going to get rid of it and get something different. I can’t have this one and work at the same time. If you’re sconsidering this, get a different brand.

It worked good for about 5 months
this water cooler was great for the first 5 months or operation in my office. Then the hot water stopped working. I could see it still heating the water, it just would not dispense out of the hot water side. I called up Amazon client service that directed me to Honeywell customer service number. I sat on hold at the Honeywell customer service number for about 20 minutes and talked to Lauren. She immediately had me call a different number within Honeywell. I called that number and was on hold for about 5 minutes and talked to Elizabeth. After explaining my problem to her she gave me some steps to fix it. She told me to check the safety lock on the hot water dispenser, it was working fine. She wanted me to open up the back and look for a semi transparent piece in the tank, this a a plastic disc within the tube coming off the hot water tank in the back. she also told me to fill up the reservoir in the back and make sure it is draining, which I already knew it was. When I went to open up the back for the semi transparent piece in the tank, there is no way to get into that part without tearing apart the tube and claim that had this together. I called up back to honeywell customer support and they told me that they would set me up with a technician to guide me through the process. First of all, I am running a business and do not have time to deal with this after 5 months. I just want a replacement. I feel that honeywell is just delaying the return on this product at this time until I am out a year from purchase and then I am screwed. do not purchase this product, it will break within several months of purchase, and honeywell will just go around and around with you on getting any issues with this product resolved.

not recomended
bought this for a bit more money about a year and a half ago. The hot side stopped working after about a year. The cold side was never very cold even after adjusting the temp screw at the back. Water taps are plastic and feel cheap... The loading feature broke a few months ago. The unit leaked half a 5 gallon container on the floor.Don't buy itI've had better luck with the off brand inexpensive units than this thing

Cheap and very loud!
The thing works great, but makes a very loud buzz when the refrigeration unit kicks in. I regret throwing away my old one. It sometimes made a hum, but you could hit it and it'd stop. But this thing is so loud that I can't hear the tv over the noise, and it's in the other room! I might try opening up the back and seeing if I can remedy this, but don't make my mistake and buy this!

Disappointed because I have been waiting for it and now ...
5 minutes into having this machine plugged in, it started smoking.... Disappointed because I have been waiting for it and now I have to wait another week for a new one. It was also shipped with very little to no protection..

I like the water cooler/hot water dispenser
I like the water cooler/hot water dispenser. It is quiet when the water comes out and when it switches on. But the push handles for the water are plastic and could break easily and am not sure how long they will last. The bottom storage area is not cold inside so it's really just for show. We'll see?
