Maisto Plastic 1:18 Scale 1936 M-B 500 K Type Specialroadster Diecast Vehicle , White

I collect these types of models and I got this one as a present. Models are a lot less expensive than the real thing, but you can still enjoy the design, and think about the process the original manufacturers went through to build their beautiful full functional cars, trucks, suv's, etc.. I have other Maisto models as well and they are good quality!

I use to order the Danbury Mint cars years ago. They were very good quality replicas & averaged around $100 each. The Maisto replicas are also very good quality cars & bigger than the ones I use to get from Danbury Mint. I’m very pleased with this purchase & for $48 thought it a very good buy. Wheels turn. The detail is great. Looks awesome on my TV stand.

When I opened the box that this masterpiece came in I was overwhelmed by just how beautiful it was. The detailing is perfect and the paint job on this car looks just like if it was a real car. There is nothing left out in the building of the Mercedes 500. The hood opens up just as it should and shows a detail created engine even with the spark pug wires connected. I have a good collection of module cars but this one puts most of the ones I have to shame. If you gets this car people will look at it first thing and it will be a conversation piece that everyone will admire. If you put in your office desk it will show your style and reflect your knowledge of something that you just do not find everyday. It is worth every penny that you pay for it and years of pleasure that you will get for having it.

This replica is absolutely stunning. The recipient was ecstatic. This is my third time purchasing this item. As a Classic Car Enthusiast this has my sign of approval.

I would like that the plastic details like the light and the back stuff were metal or a little bit stronger. Ie is beautiful and great fir a dift but this little details are easy to brake. So I would like the industry to change that.
