It worked fine for about a month, then suddenly stopped dispensing water. KTS Support was super helpful and quickly sent a replacement which has been working great so far.

I have used this product for 1.5 years. Good design. Easy to use, Good dispenser speed. Charges full in approx. 3 hour. Can dispense approx. 30L in single charge. It works fine and did it's job quiet decently. Very useful product at fair price range. It stopped working after 18 months life. Mostly battery died. Still value for money. I ordered another one.

Product is good, waterflow is perfect, button functionality is good, long lasting but as time passes it requires frequent time of charging.
