Summary: Great for swimming and cold weather. Could find an alternative for warmer weather and running.I mostly got this for swimming, which it's amazing for. Absolutely solved my problem (helped prevent lateral movement and insulated my knee from the cold water). Not only did it allow me to continue swimming, but I was able to get to the point where I no longer needed it.This is my main knee brace, which I also use 4 days a week for outdoors workouts that are very dynamic (mostly bootcamp style).Despite the abuse I've put it through (chlorinated water and tough workouts, including knees dragging on ground), it's still in great condition. I absolutely recommend this.

Excellent construction - well made neoprene support for knees - and for swimming. I wasn't sure about the swimming as the description did not mention swimming, but neoprene supports work for swimming, and this did also. I have used it more than five times. Fits very well and unlike others advertised, this has a measurement guide and their grid is accurate, so use it. I ordered a large for a 15 .5 knee measurement and it fits perfectly. It dries easily and keeps it's form. This is a basic grade knee support - no straps and not for heavy injury, but it helped me and I recommend it for anyone starting to get twinges or such in their knees- probably will try it for golf next. Doesn't cure anything but gives an extra measure of support. It also does not slide off in water if you order the correct size.

I started walking during my breaks at work and I noticed a little soreness in my knees by the end of the day. And as the week went on, by Friday my knees would be sore and that would mess up any weekend sports, hiking etc. I love how sleek these are so that I can wear them under my everyday work pants. And they remain tight and support my knees all day. I do wish they were a little thicker so I could use them for sports, but I already have another heavy duty pair, so that's fine. Overall, these are great for mild activity and totally unnoticeable under clothing.

Great for martial arts/ tumbling sports/ mogul skiing for extra support and injury prevention. Keeps knees warm and supported. Minor impact protection for the knee cap and does not impede movement very much. I have gone through several pairs of these and they last about 1+ year of heavy use before they start to split or fail, usually near the seams. Totally reasonable for expected use/ lifetime. I wash mine out in the shower with mild soap/ shampoo and hang dry. Good to have 2 pairs so that one pair can dry completely while the other is available for use if you use them a lot.

I was sad for a while because I wasn’t able to do much since my knee hurts but this helped me to the point where I’m back in the gym and feeling myself again ! Oh and I don’t use it anymore but I do carry it with me just in case and it makes me feel secure in. My knee areas . I recommend it .

Works well, however it breaks me out.

My knee was hurting from consistant kneeling at work. I stopped kneeling so much, bought this, and wore it for a couple weeks. No more issues with my knee. Did not have an issue with it slipping off but my knee would get very sweaty.

I really like this knee sleeve in terms of its low profile and functionality. Ive been walking a lot on my breaks at work and sometimes my knee flares up. I have other similar knee braces, but they are thicker and are bulky looking underneath my pants. I was dubious if these knee sleeves would have the same stability as the thicker knee sleeves and was pleasantly surprised that they really do the job for my walking needs. And the thinner low profile is much less noticeable underneath my pants which also makes it easier to take off at the end of the day. I will still use my bulkier knee braces for sports and such but I definitely recommend theses for every day use.
