Terrible, DO NOT BUY
Fortunately, I received this as a gift, as I would be extremely mad if I had wasted $350 on this. After having it for under 5 days, the screen mysteriously cracked without it being touched in any way!I've read numerous other reports of this happening. The screens on these will crack just sitting on the docking cradle. HP says that it's "accedential damage" and that it's impossible for it to be a defect. You can send it in for an evaluation, if they deem it to be "accidental damage", they will chard $215 to fix the screen. If you choose not to have them fix it, they will charge you $80 just to ship the broken thing back unrepaired.About me, I'm a full-time employee at a very large software company associated with this device. I'm quite familiar with these devices, both how they work and how they should be treated. I am convinced that a significant portion of these devices are shipping with defective screens that they won't replace. Don't take your chances with HP, buy a different PocketPC.
