Give it several days to fully expand.
Here is information on how the pillow responds after it is unpacked, and allowed to expand.It comes to almost full size within a couple of hours.If you rest your head on it at that point you will go right down to the bottom.You need several days for the expansion of the fibers to fully occur.Then you’ll find that it is much firmer than it was after it was unpacked.Apart from that, it seems well-made and soft, with some support, and also on the warm side.

Very full and firm
Very firm but fantastic! The grandparents thought they were “too thick” but we love them. No more using 2 pillows! They have a great cooling effect and are very comfortable. We have to shove them into our pillow covers but we are ok with that!

Pillow is soft, cooling, and great overall. Only issue I had was it had a peculiar smell. I’m sure from the delivery but it is a great pillow

Nice pillows. Good quality.Loved the pillows. But pillows, like some other items are a deeply personal item, and for me, they did not offer the firmness I sought.Disappointed because I LOVED the other’s features offered.

Just OK pillows.
This is my 2nd review. I had high hopes for these pillows. I am the only one using these pillows. They did not hold their shape or loft as I had hoped. I had to go to another Seller of pillows and replace these sadly enough. Pounding these, trying to reshape for comfort does not work. The positive only is that the Seller did ship these in a timely fashion and for the time I used these pillows, the size and loft was just OK. I was unable to shape or align with my head and neck.

Was skeptical
To be fair these come in vacuum sealed rolled up bags, and after removing from the packaging they left something to be desired. Though with a quick fluffing they were full. I didn’t buy these for me, but for my son, however as a side/stomach sleeper I find them to be pretty comfortable.

GREAT Replacement
I have only had Down Pillows since I was a Child, For my 78th birthday next week I wanted to replace my current pillows. My King Down pillows have become too expensive (Over $500 for 2 and I have to replace 8), so I decided to try this Product. Plumped up within 2 hours, absolutely NO odor. My King Cases fit perfectly. My first night's sleep was wonderful. I will probably wait a few weeks, but if everything remains the same; I will be buying more.
