Work great for sensing fairly precisely when an assembly part moves into proper position, so an operator can then activate the assembly machine. Easy to setup and adjust.

I’m using this across my 2-car garage to prevent closing the door on my cars. It works fine and the spot size is about 1”-1.5” at 16’. The fact that it is a laser is good since aligning with IR would be impossible. The sensor can be directly connected to a relay board and the relay will close when the beam is broken. I suggest a 12v relay and 12v for the sensor and emitter. I have only begun this project but so far it’s good.

Funciona muy bien para alarmas o cosas simples como un sensor de parqueo entre otras, en Ecuador tenemos un deporte llamado 15, muy parecido a frontball, queriamos usar este sensor para cuando toque la linea, este lo detecte pero el sensor no es lo suficientemente rapido en su respuesta haciendolo inutil en ese aspecto, ojo no digo que sea malo, solamente que para detectar objetos a gran velocidad ni al caso.

With a DPDT relay, red and green LED’s and some wirin, we now stop the car at exactly the same place each time we park in the garage. This may not be important to some but with our long vehicles, it is to us. They have worked flawlessly.

This came with brackets for easy install and adjustment. The beam is positive and very responsive to obstructions. This is every bit as good as sensors costing 4 times as much I will use it again

Product had two receivers, and no transmitter! Completely useless without the transmit and receive pair.

I got the sensor a while back and just decided to use it for my project, as soon as i plugged it in, there is no red laser emitting from it so no reading can be read by the receiver. Too late to return now.
