So far so good. Had delivered today after losing my sky mini remote. Connected straight away. Can control volume and is in amazing quality.

The Sky Remote arrived very promptly the morning after I ordered. It seemed to be working great until I tried to change the volume. Couldn’t go louder, quieter or mute. I contacted Amazon and they sent another one out to me which arrived the day after. This one worked perfectly. Thank you Amazon for your support.

Easy to set uo - from a technophobe!

Volume stopped working after a few weeks .sorry it just needed resetting

Good remote replacement. Works with my Sky Q box after original remote packed up with something rattling loudly inside! Delivery messed up however. This is the second item this week for me. It was delivered on Nov 3 which was excellent. However my order page still says "Not Delivered - may be delivered on Nov 6". Amazon.ie seem to have a problem.

Il telecomando è identico all'originale e dopo averlo configurato dal menù di SkyQ funziona perfettamente.

Na ja, ist halt die originale Sky Q Fernbedienung. Die alte war diverse Male im Laufe der Jahre heruntergefallen und die Batteriefachabdeckung war hinüber. Da mir das bei Sky direkt mit der Bestellung zu stressig war, habe ich sie hier neu erworben. -> Alles hervorragend, gewohnte Qualität, einwandfreie Installationsbeschreibung. Sehr zufrieden.
